about the job:
- Lead and manage M&E aspects of high-rise building or data center projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards on site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve M&E related issues during construction.
