With multiple ongoing projects and upcoming developments, they are looking to expand their team with a Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor.
about the job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in evaluation of tender documents and BOQs
- Coordinating with site teams and consultants to verify progress claims and site measurements
- Maintaining accurate records of M&E contracts and subcontracts
- Supporting in preparing interim payment certificates and final accounts
- Liaising with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to ensure timely cost tracking
- Providing assistance for contract administration and ensuring compliance with company and project standards
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working a team of Quantity Surveyors.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably in industrial projects
- Good understanding of M&E systems and components
- Familiar with standard contract forms and quantity surveying practices
