Produce mechanical system drawings (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software.
Work closely with mechanical engineers to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
Revise and update drawings based on mark-ups, client feedback, and project changes.
Maintain drawing registers and ensure version control of all design documentation.
Prepare drawings for submission to authorities and assist with documentation for tender and construction phases.
Support site teams by providing as-built drawings and assisting in resolving technical issues during implementation.

skills/requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E consultancy or building services drafting.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM software is an advantage.
Familiar with local building codes and standards (e.g., UBBL, MS, ASHRAE).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
