Key Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management:

Design and implement Windows Autopilot profiles and provisioning workflows
Manage Intune and SCCM for app deployment, patching, and compliance
Administer BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business (WHFB), and security baselines
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation
Configure and manage Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile device policies

Hardware Lab & Validation:

Manage a secure, isolated hardware lab environment
Perform device compatibility, driver, firmware, and build testing
Develop SOPs for hardware validation and deployment
Collaborate with vendors on device certification and issue resolution

Troubleshooting & Performance:

Provide Tier 3 support for OS, Autopilot, Intune, and SCCM-related issues
Conduct root cause analysis on system crashes and endpoint failures
Monitor event logs, crash dumps, and deployment logs
Optimize system performance and automate remediation scripts

Key Technologies:

Microsoft Intune, SCCM (ConfigMgr)

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in endpoint management or modern workplace roles
Strong hands-on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and scripting
Solid understanding of device compliance, security, and automation
Experience with hardware lifecycle and device validation processes
Ability to provide Level 3 technical support
