Randstad is partnering with a well established company that specializes in producing and distributing paint products. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and looking for a National Project Sales Manager as part of their growth strategy.
duties and responsibility:
- Establish the project department across Malaysia, including roles such as Project Sales Team members, Specifiers, and Color Specialists.
- Created and executed the annual sales task plan as assigned by the company.
- Strategize, cultivate, and oversee the performance of the project sales team.
- Craft product specifications tailored to project requirements.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, oversee potential customer tracking and management, and guide customer needs.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industry, gather sales and market data, conduct competitive product analysis, and provide insights for the company's competitive strategy.
- Forge partnerships with businesses and organizations, including government bodies and developers.
- Prepare, assess, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
skill/experience:
- Must possess at least a Degree in marketing, management or related areas.
- General knowledge of sales cycle, aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and team oriented.
- Sales team management experience.
- Good interpersonal skill, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Resources in paints industry.
