.NET Engineering Manager
Up to RM18,000/month | (Hybrid: 1 Day WFH | Located nearby Bukit Jalil, Klang Valley
We’re looking for a .NET Engineering Manager to lead a talented development team at a growing tech company that’s been delivering innovative AI-powered business software for over 20 years. The company supports businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia, helping them simplify operations with cloud-based accounting, payroll, and HR solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers building AI-powered SaaS platforms
- Drive technical architecture, software delivery, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features at scale
- Stay hands-on with code when needed, providing technical guidance and support
- Contribute to long-term tech strategies and help shape the company’s technical vision
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with SaaS products, cloud platforms, and modern web stacks (such as .NET, Node.js, Angular, or Vue)
- Good understanding of agile practices, project delivery, and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset and a passion for mentoring others
