design and develop packaging solutions based on customer and project requirement
collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards
contribute to product introduction and ongoing design improvement efforts
manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

the experience

diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field
minimum 3 years experience in packaging or product design
proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
strong communication and analytical skills
able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
