Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Tracking: Maintain and manage the master Personnel on Board (POB) list for the FPSO at all times, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Crew Change Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all routine and non-routine crew changes via helicopter and supply vessels. This includes creating detailed manifests and liaising with aviation and marine service providers.
Logistics Management: Arrange all associated logistics for personnel mobilizing and demobilizing, including booking of flights, ground transportation, and accommodation in Labuan.
Certification & Training Verification: Before any personnel are mobilized offshore, verify that they possess valid and required documentation, including passports, visas, offshore safety training (BOSIET/FOET), medical certificates, and any project-specific trade certifications.
Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate pre-mobilization briefings and site-specific inductions for all personnel joining the FPSO.
Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad-hoc POB reports to project management, client representatives, and offshore leadership (OIM/Construction Manager).
Emergency Response: In an emergency situation, act as a key member of the onshore emergency response team by providing immediate, accurate personnel data to support mustering and evacuation procedures.
System Management: Manage and operate personnel tracking systems and databases (e.g., Vantage POB, or similar logistics software) to ensure data integrity.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between subcontractors, the client, and logistics providers for all personnel movement matters.
Bed Space Management: Coordinate with the Offshore Administrator/Camp Boss to manage bed space allocation on the FPSO, ensuring optimal utilization.
