A globally recognized leader in power solutions is looking for a Process Engineer to drive product and process development for high-tech manufacturing serving industrial, healthcare, and semiconductor sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong background in continuous improvement and production optimization.

Lead and manage the Process Engineering team
Review and approve work instructions via internal systems (e.g., eMOI)
Drive new product and process development to support manufacturing needs
Conduct training for production personnel on new products/processes
Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production-related issues
Optimize production processes through innovative design and engineering practices

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior Process Engineering role within a Power Supply manufacturing environment
Proficient in operation analysis and capable of generating detailed Work Instructions
Hands-on experience with SAP system for production and process management
Strong in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing quality, productivity, and reducing downtime and costs
Skilled in technical documentation and drawing interpretation
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
