1. Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, both locally and internationally.
Request and analyze quotations, conduct supplier assessments, and maintain approved supplier lists.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms.

2. Purchasing Operations

Process Purchase Requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Monitor purchase order status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Cost Control & Negotiation

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions.
Monitor market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.

4. Inventory & Material Planning Support

Collaborate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained.
Track and forecast procurement needs based on production plans or project requirements.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate procurement records including contracts, supplier communications, and purchase orders.
Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier delivery reliability.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and manage supply risks to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.

about the requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing roles.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
