Our client is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager or Senior Engineer to lead their manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and optimizing cycle output to drive productivity and efficiency improvements.

Lead the successful implementation and integration of MES across the production floor to improve workflow efficiency and enable real-time production monitoring.
Analyze and manage cycle output metrics to identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to resolve operational issues and enhance processes.
Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices to maintain high production performance.
Manage and mentor production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Utilize MES data and analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making and capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
the experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience implementing MES solutions and familiarity with digital manufacturing tools.
Strong knowledge of cycle time, cycle output, and capacity planning principles.
Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
