• Project Oversight: Lead the full project life cycle for property development and construction initiatives, from initial planning and design to final handover and closeout.

• Budget and Schedule Management: Maintain strict control over project budgets and time lines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure all deliverable are completed on schedule and within financial scope.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, providing clear and consistent progress updates.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction crews, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

• Quality and Compliance Assurance: Guarantee all projects adhere to local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations, while ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.

• Contract Negotiation and Administration: Manage all project-related contracts, from vendor selection and negotiation to ongoing contract administration and performance monitoring.

skills and experiences required

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 year experience as a project manager - property development
• Experienced with high rise residential projects (In your submitted CV, please state the projects completed and also total storeys)
• Work experience of full project cycles
