Project Oversight: Lead the full project lifecycle for property development and construction initiatives, from initial planning and design to final handover and closeout.
Budget and Schedule Management: Maintain strict control over project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and within financial scope.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, providing clear and consistent progress updates.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction crews, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Quality and Compliance Assurance: Guarantee all projects adhere to local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations, while ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.
