about the job
Manage and oversee the daily construction activities for assigned project(s).
Prepare, supervise, and approve the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and ensure its effective implementation.
Serve as the company’s on-site construction representative, leading the planning, development, and organization of construction efforts to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.
Ensure the execution of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities aligns with the project specifications, scope of work, and approved schedule.
Track project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely updates and detailed reports to management.
Ensure that any changes to specifications, scope, or drawings are properly documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders promptly.
Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all team members, ensuring alignment with project scope and schedule requirements.
Review and update man-hour forecasts, project duration estimates, and resource plans through to project completion.
Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance, investigate any performance gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Enforce compliance with Company Safety Standards and actively promote a strong safety culture throughout the project.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, encouraging accountability and proactive engagement with their responsibilities.
Take full responsibility for the preparation and readiness of on-site facilities for both the project team and client use, coordinating with procurement and senior management to ensure timely setup of site cabins, water supply, sanitation, furniture, transportation, and other necessities.
Perform any additional duties or ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Civil/Engineering/Project Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry.
- Experienced in handling infra projects such as Solar/LSS, on or off grid.
- Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive technical knowledge and experience.
- Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently.
- Willing to relocate and travel to get involved in the entire cycle of project.
