About the Job
Our client is seeking a dedicated Supervisor (CSA) to oversee civil, structural, and architectural works on a hospital project. This is a site-based role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of the project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing all on-site civil, structural, and architectural construction activities.
- Monitoring daily site progress to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
- Reviewing construction drawings and ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved plans and regulatory requirements.
- Handling site documentation, including daily progress reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), and inspection checklists.
- Proactively resolving technical and site-related issues with all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assisting in project handover processes and ensuring all CSA-related aspects are completed to satisfaction.
- Ensuring the project stays on track in terms of cost, timeline, and quality for CSA elements.

Skills and Experience Required
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction, specifically with a strong background in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works.
- Prior experience working on hospital projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of CSA works, including foundation, concrete, structural detailing, and architectural finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications accurately.
- A hands-on, proactive, and independent approach to site supervision.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to be site-based for the duration of the hospital project.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
