About the Role:
- Manage end-to-end procurement and logistics activities for the company
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of raw materials
- Oversee logistics planning, including inbound and outbound delivery coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure timely material availability
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and quality standards
About the Team:
You will report directly to the Managing Director and manage a small purchasing team.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 10 years of purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with raw materials such as resin or plastic pallets is an advantage
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields
