about the job

• Lead and oversee all aspects of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to the company's high standards of quality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts, encompassing space planning, material selection, colour schemes, lighting design, and furnishings, aligned with the client's vision and brand identity.
• Manage and coordinate a team of designers and contractors, providing clear guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any design-related issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and time lines.
• Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen to procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories, ensuring the highest quality within budgetary constraints.

about the requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
