• Lead and oversee the Quality Inspection Department, managing manpower planning, task delegation, and team performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations for QC Inspectors to ensure smooth execution of inspection activities.
• Supervise and ensure the effectiveness of IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes to uphold product quality at every stage.
• Identify and address process abnormalities, working closely with production teams to implement timely solutions.
• Foster a positive and efficient team environment by resolving interpersonal or operational challenges within the Quality team.
• Support the onboarding of new QC staff and provide ongoing technical guidance to maintain inspection standards.
• Continuously review and enhance inspection techniques and procedures for greater accuracy and consistency.
• Define and uphold inspection criteria, quality limits, and decision-making standards for materials and finished goods.
• Ensure all quality inspection tools, equipment, jigs, and fixtures are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Lead the implementation of 6S practices in the Quality department and verify the accuracy and integrity of all quality reports and documentation.

the experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management with hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality management systems.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing quality standards, inspection procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
