About the Role:
We're looking for a driven finance professional to join our regional finance team and play a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple countries. This role offers strong exposure to cross-border collaboration, reporting, tax compliance, and systems implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate finance operations for both existing and new country entities within the region.
Support regional finance teams in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Prepare key financial metrics to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and tax compliance across the region.
Liaise with external stakeholders including accounting agents, tax agents, and bankers in each country.
Review financial reports from regional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in ERP implementation and process rollouts to regional entities.
Troubleshoot and resolve regional accounting, operational, or banking issues with local teams.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably with regional exposure.
Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
Proactive and independent with strong problem-solving skills.
A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
