Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our high-performing Internal Audit team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in internal audit, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and experience in regional audits. The ideal candidate will also have prior experience in a Big 4 firm, specializing in internal audit, risk, or compliance services. This position offers excellent exposure to cross-border operations and strategic audit initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and execute internal audit engagements across the company’s regional operations, with a focus on manufacturing processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments and develop audit scopes, objectives, and programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.
Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to ensure timely implementation of audit findings.
Provide advisory support on internal controls and risk mitigation strategies for ongoing business initiatives and projects.
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging risks affecting the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in internal audit, preferably with Big 4 audit firm exposure and/or within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in conducting regional or international audits.
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of risk management, control frameworks (e.g., COSO), and internal audit methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel regionally (up to 30%).
