- developing and implementing policies compliant with both Malaysian regulatory frameworks, ensuring institutional compliance (MQA, TEQSA, PDPA)
- supporting academic governance
- responsible for strategic enrolment management
- managing the department's budget
- driving digital transformation in systems
skills and requirements
A degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as higher education management, leadership, or governance.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
Substantial experience in policy development, implementation, and monitoring in a university setting.
A strong understanding of the contemporary role of a Registrar in a full-fledged university
