About the Job
As a Sales Admin, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team’s day-to-day functions, ensuring timely coordination, accuracy in reporting, and seamless communication. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to supporting business success through meticulous administrative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
- Assist in managing email correspondences and follow-ups
- Handle phone inquiries and redirect calls where necessary
- Ensure accurate data entry in systems for products, serial numbers, and pricing
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
- Organize monthly sales meetings, including logistics and meeting minutes
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with SAP system is an added advantage
