- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company’s goals and growth trajectory.
- Gather and analyse market feedback on assigned projects to support continuous product and service improvements.
- Manage and oversee appointed sales agents, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports while supporting broader Sales & Marketing activities.
- Plan and execute sales and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
about the manager/team
- Diploma or Degree in business/marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales teams with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in property sales, particularly in mixed development, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
