• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing within the property development industry
• Capable of planning and coordinating all aspects of sales and marketing activities.
• In-depth knowledge of property marketing strategies, as well as competitor products and pricing.
