Job Description:
- Drive regional sales performance to achieve targets, lead the sales and F&B service teams in outdoor promotional activities (e.g., Expos), and directly manage key relationships by visiting top accounts and resolving market issues.
- Commercial & Sales Leadership: Drive regional sales performance to achieve targets, lead the sales and F&B service teams in outdoor promotional activities (e.g., Expos), and directly manage key relationships by visiting top accounts and resolving market issues.
- Commercial Operations Alignment: Synchronise sales budgets with warehouse forecasting, overseeing inventory pipeline management (FIFO) and logistics planning to guarantee on-time delivery and superior customer service
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FMCG sales, Key Account Management, or Distributor Management, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets.
