Job Description: Deputy to Product Manager – Smart Maintenance Suite
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Deputy to the Product Manager to support the growth of our Smart Maintenance Suite—a web and mobile solution designed to boost the productivity of plant maintenance workers. This role is ideal for someone with exposure to IT projects, particularly within the SAP ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the creation of impactful presentation decks to communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress to stakeholders.
- Applying strategic and critical thinking to support the planning of product roadmaps and identification of key feature enhancements.
- Utilizing knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or related modules to ensure seamless integration and value alignment.
- Collaborating with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to gather insights and define actionable product requirements.
- Supporting the Product Manager in translating field and user feedback into functional improvements that enhance user experience.
- Contributing to documentation, workshop preparation, and communications to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Showing genuine interest in digital field enablement tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
