Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth and secure strategic new business opportunities across Northern Malaysia.
- Cultivate and expand global accounts in close alignment with international sales divisions.
- Deliver consultative sales proposals featuring tailored packaging solutions and sustainable, eco-friendly materials.
- Lead the entire project lifecycle seamlessly from initial consultation and quotation through to negotiation and final execution.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems effectively to optimize sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operations.
- Champion corporate ESG initiatives by promoting green packaging alternatives to industrial clients.
- Monitor regional cash flow and financial health while coaching and developing junior sales team members.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree, professional diploma, or an equivalent track record of success in corporate sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales management, with a distinct advantage given to backgrounds in industrial packaging or manufacturing logistics.
- Demonstrated capability in structured planning, territory organization, and managing long-term client pipelines.
