Drive Strategy & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of marketing and telemarketing campaigns, managing the delicate balance between client brands and multiple external call centers.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics—such as conversion rates, call volumes, and pickup rates—to deliver data-backed insights and trends for optimization.
Logistics & Budgeting: Manage monthly budget preparations, job orders, and strategic lead requests to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and resource allocation.
Quality & Talent Support: Facilitate call center onboarding, conduct role-playing and call monitoring sessions, and track performance and attrition to uphold exceptional customer experience standards.

Professional Background: 2–4 years of experience in campaign management, account managing, marketing operations, or call center support, ideally within banking, financial services, or insurance sectors.
Strong Numerical Mindset: Exceptionally sound with numbers, possessing a background or coursework in economics, statistics, mathematics, or finance to bring data-driven logic to campaign analysis.
Partner Mentality: A cooperative, strategic thinker who is able to problem-solve and acts as an equal business partner.
