- Oversee daily sales operations at the sales gallery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively contribute to the planning and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives for targeted market segments, working closely with both internal and external sales teams.
- Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and delivering sales presentations to closing deals, managing sales administration, and providing after-sales service.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on residential property trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
about the manager/team
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the property development industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
