about the job

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses across various areas within Education.
• Guide and mentor student teachers and education students in their practical experiences and academic projects, providing clarity on assignment expectations.
• Develop and implement diverse assessment methods that align with course learning outcomes and evaluate student progress effectively.
• Offer constructive and individualized feedback to students during consultations to support their pedagogical and professional growth.
• Engage in scholarly research within your area of expertise in Education, disseminate findings through publications, and present at relevant conferences, while also contributing to departmental and university initiatives.

qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• A PhD in Education or a related field (e.g., Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Psychology, Educational Leadership).
• Professional certification or registration in Education (where applicable).
