about the job
- Assist superiors in developing and executing marketing strategies to meet sales targets and overall business goals.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic input for marketing planning.
- Prepare marketing collateral and materials for sales promotions and product launches.
- Ensure prompt submission of regulatory documents such as APDL materials, Borang 7F, NAPIC reports, bumi quota release applications, and other relevant filings to MOH and authorities.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide on-site sales support during events, roadshows, and exhibitions when necessary
- Work closely with panel bankers on project end-financing applications and maintain updated pricing information.
skills and requirements
- Degree of diploma in marketing, business administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in similar capacity in the property development field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, property knowledge, and branding best practices
