Our client from the Food Manufacturing Industry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing operations.

Oversee end-to-end plant operations
Lead and manage overall production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery KPIs
Manage operations maintenance functions.
Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Oversee workforce of approximately 200 headcount, including managers, engineers, and technical staff
Responsible for manpower planning, performance management, and team development
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial teams
Report directly to the CEO
the experience
Proven leadership experience in plant operations and maintenance
Background in food manufacturing OR relevant heavy industry such as oil mill/refining.
Strong exposure to both production and engineering/technical maintenance functions
Experience in managing large operational teams (100+ HC preferred)
Hands-on, strategic, and process-oriented leader
Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
