about the Role
- Manage pre and post-tender activities, including cost planning and estimation.

- Review and analyze tender sums, contract terms, and conditions to ensure successful project awards.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring accurate cost control and final account settlements.
- Engage in technical aspects of tendering, such as cost calculations and information compilation.
- Strategically manage contract terms and propose solutions for any unsuitable clauses.- Source and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure optimal deals.
- Monitor project progress and handle contractual disputes to manage project costing effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering professional development.
About the Team
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with a team of Senior Contract Executives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to high-rise or large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in contract administration and cost management.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
