- Estimate costs for construction projects and monitor budgets.
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Oversee buying materials and hiring subcontractors.
- Work with project managers and teams to keep projects on track.
- Track expenses and report regularly on costs.
- Identify and address potential risks on projects.
- Prepare final cost reports after project completion.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant field.
