* Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects.
* Manage tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contractors.
* Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
* Assess and process interim payments and final accounts.
* Evaluate and negotiate variations in project scope or design.
* Conduct or verify site measurements to ensure accuracy in claims.
* Monitor project costs, flag overruns, and prepare cost reports.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working a team of Quantity Surveyors.
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant.
3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry, mechanical or plumbing experience is compulsory.
