key resposibilities

• Conduct research to develop new products or improve existing ones with optimised quality and cost.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to advance ongoing R&D priorities.

• Carry out the full R&D process including formulation, shelf life testing, sensory evaluation, and performance checks.

• Maintain and update documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Present innovative product concepts to the Marketing team.

• Identify and address complex technical matters.

• Provide technical guidance to junior executives and lab staff.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO, Halal, GMP, GLP, NPRA, and other relevant standards.

• Reports to the Assistant Head of Product Development.

• Degree in Science, preferably Chemistry or Biology.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, laboratory work, or the personal care industry.

• Proficiency in MS Office and solid knowledge of ISO, Halal, GMP, and GLP.

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and sound judgement.
