• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve both quantitative and qualitative departmental and company goals.
• Ensure effective utilisation of the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, maximising ROI and outreach to target market segments.
• Conduct market feasibility studies to support business development and expansion opportunities.
• Liaise with customers, legal firms, banks, authorities, consultants, and creative agencies to align marketing and sales efforts with brand strategies and sales targets.
• Plan and implement effective project registration campaigns and ensure timely project launches.
• Formulate and review pricing strategies and sales packages to enhance market competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyse post-modem reports of marketing campaigns and recommend strategic adjustments where necessary.
