Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on company standards
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and supply goals
Manage supplier relationships and capacity planning
Support procurement planning for new projects or business units
Collaborate with internal teams in Malaysia and China
Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with suppliers
Ensure technical requirements are met by suppliers
Report to the Supply Chain Manager and support departmental goals

about the requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields (mandatory)
4–6 years of procurement experience in automation, machinery, or equipment manufacturing
Strong skills in supplier evaluation, sourcing strategies, and vendor management
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specs
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High initiative, strong execution, and professional ethics
Existing network of machining and automation suppliers is a plus
Able to work independently and with cross-border teams
