about the role:
The role requires a dedicated and organized Service Lead to oversee their service operations. They will be responsible for scheduling daily activities, training staff, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing technical support to customers.
key responsibilities:
... Scheduling, assigning, and monitoring daily activities.
Orienting, training, and coaching staff for developing personal growth.
Ensuring all activities and jobs are delivered within the deadline.
Assisting in gathering the material (BOM) for new installation.
Assisting with servicing jobs if necessary.
Servicing/maintaining, repairing, inspecting, testing & troubleshooting customer products & EnerSys rental products (on-site and in-house), installation, and attending to customer complaints on-site.
Documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Issuing Customer Product Receive Notes (CPRN) for all received customer products with job descriptions and informing the Supervisor.
requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a service-related role, preferably with industrial equipment.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems.
