Supervise and manage all site activities for civil and structural construction works.
Monitor daily site progress to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Review construction drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with approved plans.
Handle site documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, and inspection checklists.
Resolve technical and site-related issues proactively with all stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Assist in project handover and commissioning processes.
Ensure the project stays on track in terms of cost, timeline, and workmanship quality.

skills and experience required
Must possess at least a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years (managers) or 2 years (engineer) of working experience in construction, particularly in industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundation, concrete, and structural detailing.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently on site.
Strong coordination and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to be based in Johor Bahru and commit to project timelines.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
