- Support full store development cycle, from site sourcing to launch
- Conduct market research and assess site feasibility
- Liaise with landlords, agents, and vendors on leases and timelines
- Coordinate with designers and contractors for store fit-out
- Oversee renovation progress to meet brand standards
- Manage opening checklists and ensure store readiness
- Track budgets, timelines, and project documentation
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in store development or retail expansion.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Willing to travel as needed for site visits and store openings.
- Driven, ambitious, and assertive character.
