Create and submit the purchase orders to the Brand Companies.
Monitor shipping schedules, airfreight shipments and ETAs via designated systems, and ensure updated in the ERP system.
Perform import reconciliation between purchase order versus receive shipment. Monitor and report any deviations.
Proactively update Planners pertaining to purchase order fulfilment, purchase order status and purchase order arrival
Coordinate, compile, review and provide import documentation to 3PL to perform inventor receiving.
Assist Logistics to follow up on dry goods replacement from Brand Companies.
Maintain information and prepare reports that include (but not limited to) the following information/reports as per agreed timeframes:
o stock on hand reports
o goods in transit reports
o days forward coverage reports
o stock replenishment plan from Brand Owner Companies
o stock exceptions and/or risks
o supply transit times
o imports planning KPIs
o quality and safety deviations
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
Responsible to prepare the Supply Chain reports. This could include follow-up with the responsible parties on their report’s submissions.
Provide the administration support across Supply Chain team:
o Planning: create and submit the purchase orders to the Brand Companies. Follow-up
on shipping status and update into ERP.
o Planning: create work order for value added packing.
o Planning: support Planners on S&OP deck preparations and compilations.
o Customer Service: daily order status report.
o Logistics: review invoices and inventory checks.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
