About the Role
We are seeking talented Supply Chain professionals across various levels, from Assistant Managers and Team Leads to Managers and Department Heads. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
Contributing to or leading key aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
Identifying and implementing strategies for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction across the supply chain.
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, carriers).
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, relevant regulations, and internal company policies.
Utilizing data and analytical tools to drive informed decision-making and monitor performance against KPIs.
For more senior roles, leading and mentoring teams, managing complex projects, and developing strategic supply chain initiatives.
About the Team

Skills & Experience Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CIPS) are highly advantageous, particularly for managerial and head roles.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement for entry to mid-level roles.
For Managerial roles: 6-8+ years of experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
For Head-level roles: 10+ years of comprehensive supply chain experience, including significant leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams or departments.
Experience within relevant industries (e.g., F&B, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce) is preferred.
Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost efficiencies, and successful project delivery.
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain management software.
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, food safety standards where applicable).
