We are currently looking for a System Analyst to be embedded on-site with one of Malaysia’s leading utility providers. In this role, you’ll be a key player in platform transitions and system enhancements that directly impact national infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements, document functional specifications, and manage implementations.

• Conduct gap analysis, design workshops, and liaise with stakeholders to align IT systems with operational needs.

• Enhance existing platforms by developing new features and improving infrastructure.

• Maintain system security through regular updates and vulnerability patching.

• Create process flowcharts and diagrams to communicate logic and functionality clearly.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.

• Collaborate with upper management to drive process improvements and optimize business performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a .NET development environment.

• Solid problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, OS fundamentals, and data structures.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

• Independent and team-oriented mindset.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with XML, Excel, CSV file processing.

• Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, MVC framework, Microsoft SQL Database, and web services.
