What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of 20+ PHP developers
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of robust and scalable applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to drive project success
Architect and review code to maintain high standards of quality, security, and performance
Implement best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and continuous integration
Provide technical guidance and foster a culture of learning and growth within the team
Manage resource allocation and team workflows to maximize productivity
What We’re Looking For:
Strong expertise in PHP and related frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
Proven experience leading large development teams (20+ members)
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders
Passion for mentoring and developing talent
