Lead a technical infra team following the organizational SLA and KPI requirements
Primary contact for escalations in regards to anything infra related
Focus on planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure and platform project initiatives

skills and experience required

Proven experience of at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, building and automating servers on the on-premise infrastructure
Working experience from the financial institution industry would be highly preferred
Man management experience of at least 10-15 headcounts prior to this
Good knowledge in Devops tools such as Ansible, Chef and Terraform would be highly advantageous
