You'll be at the forefront of our client relationships, working directly with a dedicated team to:

• Strategically place risks with reinsurers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and coverage that directly address our clients' unique needs.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both cedants and reinsurers, becoming their trusted advisor for new and renewal business.
• Provide expert advice to cedants on reinsurance structures and coverage programs.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
• Drive business growth by actively participating in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our services and products.
• Craft compelling presentations and client materials that showcase our value.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure you're always providing the most informed support to your clients.
• Manage market inquiries and external requests efficiently.

• A degree holder, with an actuarial background preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in treaty reinsurance, ideally with broking experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally to expand your professional network.
• A client-first mindset, always acting in their best interests and the firm's.
• Problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and consider long-term solutions.
• Strong understanding of key competitors and industry best practices.
