Key Responsibilities
- Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries.
- Proactively locate fraudulent and non-compliant advertisements and accounts.
- Analyse and manage events generated by the suite of detection tools.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations on detection rules.
- Identifying fraud trends, and providing risk mitigation recommendations.

The role of the Trust and Safety team is to protect candidates and hirers from fraudulent activity. The team achieve
this by using various tools, processes and resources to identify, remove and mitigate malicious activity. The APAC Trust & Safety team consists of two teams with regional analysts in Asia & ANZ, reporting into their Trust & Safety Lead. The team operates on a rotational shift as part of a seven-day roster during normal business hours.
