Job title : Wintel and Virtualization Technical Manager

Supporting external clients, handling escalated tickets as a Level 3 infra engineer
Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft and IT infrastructure technologies, from on-premise, to hybrid, and cloud infrastructure
Oversee the technical team in terms of the technical aspect
Potentially design solutions for clients, as well as perform presentations and demos to them related to IT infrastructure, on-premise, hybrid and cloud servers

skills and experience required

At least 10 years experience in total for IT background
At least 5 years hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining on-premise, hybrid, physical and virtual servers
Good understanding of ITIL infrastructure
Good understanding of M365 technologies
Good understanding in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage
Strong proficiency in English is a must
