Randstad is partnering with a prominent audit firm—a firm operating as a team across 90+ countries. We are looking for a high-performing Audit Senior with a background in Big 4 or Top 10 firms to join a specialized team handling US-listed clients (PCAOB) and regional engagements across Malaysia, Singapore, and APAC.

Your Responsibilities
... Lead Fieldwork: In-charge of audit engagements for US-listed companies (PCAOB standards) and multinational corporations across APAC.
US GAAP & SOX: Execute testing of internal controls (SOX 404) and ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP and IFRS.
Supervision: Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior associates, ensuring audit quality and efficiency.
Risk Assessment: Identify key audit risks and complex accounting issues (e.g., revenue recognition, financial instruments) and propose solutions.
Reporting: Assist in drafting audit reports and communicating findings to Managers and Partners.
The Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of external audit experience within a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm.
Specialization: Must have exposure to PCAOB audits and/or US-listed clients. Knowledge of US GAAP is highly preferred.
Qualification: Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) completed or in final stages.
Regional & Technical: Solid understanding of IFRS/MFRS. Experience with SG or APAC clients is an added advantage.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in audit software, and the ability to lead small teams effectively.

The Requirements
Audit Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of external audit experience, specifically within a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm.
PCAOB Exposure: Hands-on experience with US-listed clients and PCAOB auditing standards is strictly required (or highly advantageous).
Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404 compliance, and IFRS/MFRS.
Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) completed or currently in the final stages.
Regional Capability: Familiarity with auditing cross-border entities in MY, SG, or APAC.
Leadership: Experience supervising junior associates and managing fieldwork for small-to-medium teams.
Communication: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) to liaise with regional and US-based stakeholders.
